Objectives of this Role
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Enter data from different sources into our systems accurately, ensuring the data is correct and consistent.
- Check and confirm data for accuracy and completeness, and make corrections when needed.
- Regularly update and manage existing data, removing outdated information and keeping data current.
- Create reports and summaries based on data, support data analysis, and provide insights as needed.
- Keep records of data entry processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Provide general administrative support as needed, including filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks.
- Work with other departments to collect data, fix errors, and support data-related tasks.
- Handle sensitive information carefully and follow data protection policies.
Required qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in a data entry role or similar job, with a good understanding of data entry methods and tools.
- Proficiency in data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data entry systems).
- Ability to type without looking at the keyboard.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good and effective written communication in English
