Objectives of this Role
Assuring the implementation of quality management system based on the corporate and the international standards requirements.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Participating in the process development, risk management, improvement and change management meetings, preparing and diffusing the minutes of meeting.
- Developing, editing and updating the required documents (procedures, instructions, guides, flow charts, etc…).
- Supporting in the implementation of the document control procedure, and assuring the circulation and preservation of the controlled documents.
- Supporting the process owners in data collection activities.
- Assisting the QMS manager in delivering quality awareness training sessions for the staff to enhance quality culture within the company.
- Following-up the collection and analysis of the process objectives, and updating the indicator board.
- Taking part in the internal quality audit programs as an auditor.
- Preparing and submitting the audit notes and reports.
- Other activities related to QMS management upon the request of the direct manager.
Required qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
- University graduate (business or Engineering)
- Fluent in Armenian and English (written and verbal)
- Familiar with the implementation of international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, etc…)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Creative and Critical thinker
- Conflict Management skills
- Adaptability and Flexibility skills
